Toxins in our food


Have you ever heard the phrase:
‘You are what you eat?”
Consider that as you consider what is in your food.

Because most of today’s food is made of wood glue, antifreeze, plastic, and chemicals.

In fact, with a lot of the processed food out there today, the ants won’t even eat it.

Look online.  Much of todays food won’t even rot or decay.
Do you want to know why? It’s because it IS NOT FOOD.


This is done to increase profits and shelf life.

But the problem is, your body can’t digest it.   Your body stores it.
And in the process it causes inflammation, illness, and addiction.

Have you even wondered why there is more cancer now than ever before?

It is due to your food, and the chemicals all around us.


So, we here at Hodos-Online want to help you to know what to watch for.

For starters, we should all be watching our intake of refined sugars, and bleached white flour.

We should all be getting away from the toxic chemical soup that we call soft drinks.

And we should all be aware of the food tricks that the food industry plays with us.

Here's a trick food companies use to deceive us:
Ingredient labels must list the most prominent ingredients first,

so the company uses 3 or 4 different forms of sugar to distribute them farther down the label,

like this:   "Whole grain wheat, sugar, corn syrup, corn syrup solids..."

This way, the first ingredients looks like "whole grain wheat"

when, in reality, the cereal might be over fifty percent sugars!


Be careful when you read your labels.

Most of what is listed is not food, and most of how it is listed is deceptive.

As you consider eating at a restaurant, is gets even worse.  Most restaurants buy what they can get as inexpensive as possible, and these foods are highly processed to have a longer shelf life.
